The leaked images reveal the fuel tank shrouds, with the “Gixxer 250” tag, that will enhance the muscular looks of the motorcycle. The fuel storage capacity will most likely be identical to that of the Gixxer 250 SF. Apart from the shrouds, the images also reveal the dual-tone treatment that the fuel tank will receive. Suzuki will most definitely offer the Gixxer 250 in multiple colour options. The motorcycle in the leaked images features black paint to the tank with a silver centre. The tank pad is most likely a part of the optional accessories that will be offered by Suzuki via its showrooms.

The headlight is partially visible, although the images do not reveal many details. Similar to the Gixxer SF 250, the Gixxer 250 will also feature a full-LED light. We can also see a compact cowl under the engine to enhance the sporty character of the Gixxer 250. Lastly, the leaked images also reveal the Gixxer SF 250-style alloy wheels with silver borders to the spokes, black finish to the front fender, crash guard and a plush rider seat.

As reported in the past, the engine and hardware specifications of the Gixxer 250 will be identical to its fully-faired sibling with the SF badge. The 250 duo from Suzuki will share the fuel injected, 249 cc single-cylinder, 4-valve, SOHC engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System that churns out 26.5 PS of maximum power at 9,000 rpm and 22.6 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm.

Single disc at the front and the back will be responsible for bringing the motorcycle to a halt, while the safety department will be handled by dual-channel ABS. Other features will include LED tail light, split seats, a fully-digital display, telescopic front forks and monoshock at the back that will be shared with the Gixxer 250 SF.

The tank pad in the image is most definitely a part of the optional accessories that Suzuki will offer via its showrooms.
