The Lexus NX 300h has been showcased at the Autocar Performance Show 2018 in Mumbai. The smallest SUV in Lexus India's lineup has been on sale in a price bracket of INR 53.18 - 57.18 Lakh (ex-showroom, Pan India).

The Lexus NX 300h was previewed by the radically-styled LF-NX concept that debuted at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Lexus NX started life as the LF-NX at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show and launched the following year. It received a mid-cycle facelift in September 2017. The refreshed version features an updated spindle grille and bumper, both of which help the front facade blend better into the hood and front fenders.

On the inside, the Lexus NX 300h F Sport features Naguri aluminium ornamentation and ergonomic seats that have been inspired from those on performance cars. In line with the sporty intent, the HUD display offers readouts for turbo boost and G-forces. Other updates include a 10.3-inch screen, bigger wireless charger tray, and touch-sensitive interior lamp switches in the headliner. The HVAC switches are finished in metallic satin.

The Lexus NX 300h is powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol motor that works in tandem with a pair of electric motors positioned at the rear. The combined output of the hybrid powertrain is 194 PS and 210 Nm, while the ARAI-rated fuel efficiency stands at 18.32 km/l.

The Lexus E-Four proactive all-weather drive system in the Lexus NX 300h employs an electric motor to drive the rear axle, while the front axle is propelled by the petrol engine, electric power, or a mix. The torque distribution to the rear wheels varies as per the driving conditions.
