Lynk & Co CX11 interior spied with manual transmission
First product from Geely's newest brand.
New photographs of the Lynk & Co CX11 SUV's interior reveals a manual gear lever with 6 forward ratios, which could be standard in the CX11's base grade.
In a previous instance, the interior was spotted with a stubby automatic gear (7-speed DCT), steering-mounted cruise controls and auto-start/stop, and a dual-tone black and ivory cabin, offering a first look at the the top-end grade's interior. Both test mules featured a 10.1-inch touch screen that, according to Lynk and Co, is connected to the company's cloud services. It will offer connectivity options like no other manufacturer does in the world.
The exterior profile has also been photographed, although it is heavily covered up to hide the design previewed by the Lynk & Co 01 concept. It will be the first product outside Volvo to ride on the CMA (compact modular architecture) platform, which will be shared with the Volvo XC40 SUV.
As for powertrain, Lynk & Co will source the 1.5L 3-cyl turbocharged and 2.0L 4-cyl turbocharged Drive-E engines from Volvo, paired with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. Also in the cards are regular hybrid, plug-in hybrid and full electric versions of the CX11, although technical details are scarce at the moment.
