Mahindra introduces Centuro, Pantero & Duro DZ in Nicaragua & Guatemala

Mahindra Two Wheelers is expanding its global footprint by launching its vehicles in Latin America, following launches in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The motorcycles will be assembled at SKD plants in Nicaragua and Guatemala, and backed up by 3S facilities.

The vehicles were revealed to dealers, bankers, media and dignitaries at events in Nicaragua on August 20, 2013 and Guatemala City on August 23, 2013.

Throwing light on the products, the Centuro is powered by a single cylinder 8.5bhp petrol engine with a host of features such as Find Me Lamps, Guide Lamps, Distance To Empty indicator and service reminder. The Mahindra Pantero is targeted at the young, first time motorcycle buyer, equipped with a fully digital dashboard, while the Mahindra Duro DZ is a 125 cc unisex scooter.
