Mahindra KUV100's interior seen in new spyshots - Spied

To launch on January 15.

The interior of the Mahindra KUV100 has been snapped again, courtesy of Motoroids, revealing the finer details of the steering wheel, centre console and the front seats.

The Mahindra KUV100 doesn't get a touchscreen-equipped audio system. The steering-mounted audio controls are offered only on the top-end K8 variant.

The KUV100 gets a conspicuous centre console that houses the gear lever assembly on the lower-right segment, beside which there are three vertically-stacked control-knobs for the HVAC system. On the top section there is a music system with buttons on either side of the fairly large display, and the two central AC vents are located above it. The centre cluster is surrounded by silver trims which is complemented by piano black inserts on the dashboard.

Having moved the gear lever console to the dashboard, the company has also moved the hand brake lever assembly to a place beneath the centre console, to make space for a third occupant on the front passenger seat, specifically for a kid. When the front-middle seat is unoccupied, the backrest can be folded down as an armrest for the driver and front passenger.

The backrest of the front-centre seat can be folded to be used as an armrest for the driver.
