Mahindra KUV100 overtakes Bolero to become best-selling Mahindra
Mahindra sold 4,446 units of the KUV100 in May.
Sales figures from the month of May reveal that the Mahindra KUV100 has overtaken the popular Mahindra Bolero to become the best-selling product from the Indian manufacturer in that month.
Mahindra sold 4,446 units of the KUV100 in May, beating the larger Bolero by merely 27 units. In the previous month, the Bolero had a strong lead; selling 5,785 units in April, while 5,097 examples of the Mahindra KUV100 were sold in that month.
One of the reasons that could be attributed to the KUV100's sales lead is its compact proportions and competitive price tag, which appeals to a much wider audience than their other products. The KUV100 is the smallest product in Mahindra's product range, measuring 3,675 mm long, 1,715 mm (with side cladding) wide, 1,655 mm (with roof rails) high, has a wheelbase of 2,385 mm and a ground clearance of 170 mm.
