To launch around April 2016.

The Mahindra Mojo ABS version has been snapped in a parking structure by a MotorBeam reader, Maddy. The motorcycle is being tested with a dual channel ABS which is expected to be switchable.

The ABS on the Mahindra Mojo is expected to be switchable, which means it could be turned off whenever needed.

It is reported that the ABS maker for the Mahindra Mojo is Continental, which is the same brand that supplies ABS for the Honda CBR250R. The ABS version of the Mojo continues to use same disc brakes, from the Spanish brand J.Juan which caters to Mahindra's Moto3 division as well. The test equipment provision tethered to the prototype suggests that the variant is not ready for production yet and that it could meet the targeted launch period which sources revealed to IAB as April 2016.

No change in the specifications of the braking system is expected in the ABS version.

The disc brakes' specifications will remain the same. The front disc would remain 320 mm and the rear 240 mm, while the front caliper would continue to be a triple-pot unit and the rear a twin-pot. It is unclear if the brake pads on the ABS version would be sintered ones like they are now.
