The Mojo, seen here with daytime running lights just above its headlamps, has been testing for over 5 years now.

The images show the pre-production Mahindra Mojo with absolutely no camouflage. The twin headlamp design of the two-wheeler is evident and so is the daytime running lights on the headlamp cowl just above the lights. The telescopic suspension up front gets a dual colour tone, with the outward shocks receiving the same bronze coat as the bars that run under the fuel tank, and the inside struts getting the standard chrome treatment.

Soon after the production version was displayed at the Auto Expo 2014, the company claimed that the launch was imminent.

After a full five years since it first made its public debut, several test units of the Mahindra Mojo were, reportedly, handed over to some of its prospective customers. Not satisfied with the potentially thousands of kilometers the bike has already been tested for, Mahindra's two-wheeler division had reportedly provided some people with the bike to make a trip up the Himalayas.

The two-wheeler has undergone several changes over its 5-year lifetime as a test mule.

The Mojo gets a single-cylinder, liquid cooled 295 cc engine. Various accounts of the power output have come, with some stating that it makes 26 hp while other claiming that it makes just over 30 hp. The bike also receives a 6-speed gearbox.
