Maruti S-Cross & Maruti Baleno get minor updates
Maruti S-Cross get new wheels; Maruti Baleno comes with ISOFIX child seat points.
Maruti Suzuki has quietly introduced minor updates to the NEXA-exclusive Maruti S-Cross and Maruti Baleno. No changes have been made to the pricing.
The Maruti S-Cross gets new 16-inch gun metal alloy rims, while the Baleno has ISOFIX child seat points. With ISOFIX child seat points, the Baleno now becomes compliant with BNVSAP (Bharat New Vehicle Safety Assessment Program) norms.
It joins other safety features like dual airbags and ABS with EBD standard from the base model, seat belt pre-tensioner, force limiters and reminder for driver, LED DRLs reverse parking sensors and reverse parking camera.
The NEXA line will soon welcome a new entrant - the Maruti Ignis. To launch on January 13, the Ignis is likely to be the next big product that will help further popularise the NEXA brand in India.
