It is clear from the new spy image that the STD variant of the S-Presso features steel wheels without covers, basic black coloured bumpers, body-coloured B-pillar, black ORVMs and black door handles. While on the inside, it has been reported that the STD variant will miss out on an air conditioner and power steering. There will be three higher variants, namely LXi, VXi and VXi+.

The range-topping VXi+ variant will be equipped with standard features like 7.0-inch SmartPlay Studio infotainment system with voice recognition, steering-mounted controls, rear parcel tray, body-coloured ORVMs and door handles, and a 12V-volt accessory socket. This variant will receive front passenger airbag as standard, a safety feature that will be optional in the lower variants. Unlike on in its competitor Renault Kwid, a reverse camera won't be available.

The Maruti S-Presso will be devoid of alloy wheels and reverse parking camera.
