Maruti Vitara Brezza convertible - Rendering

Automotive illustrator Shoeb Kalania has created a rendering of a droptop Maruti Vitara Brezza. The digital render imagines a Maruti Vitara Brezza convertible with a fabric roof neatly tucked away in the boot. Note that MSIL has no intention of introducing anything even remotely close to what you see here.

The rendering imagines a drop top Vitara Brezza with subtle exterior modifications and two-door body style.

The two-door Brezza convertible, according to the creator, has been inspired by the Range Rover Evoque convertible. Aside from the obvious omission of the roof and rear doors, the car features a new front bumper with larger air intakes and sleeker turn signals, and a new grille with six thick vertical slats finished in black. The Maruti Vitara Brezza convertible is finished in gold, quite similar to the Fiery Yellow Maruti offers. It also features 10-spoke two-tone alloy wheels.

Maruti offers the compact SUV with a 1.3 L DDiS 200 diesel transferring 90 PS and 200 Nm to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Vitara Brezza has been hugely successful for the manufacturer since its launch in March 2016. It still enjoys a lengthy waiting period that can stretch up to six months. There have been rumours of Maruti introducing a petrol variant of the Vitara Brezza, but no concrete plans have been revealed yet.
