Mercedes GLC Coupe spotted in Germany - Spied [Video]
The Mercedes GLC Coupe should be unveiled at 2016 Genenva Motor Show.
The Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class entered its second generation as the Mercedes GLC this year. Like its rival BMW X3, it will also have a coupe version, named the Mercedes GLC Coupe. It was previewed by the Mercedes Concept GLC Coupe at 2015 Auto Shanghai in April, and is currently under development.
The GLC Coupe will look similar to the GLE Coupe, only tad smaller in size, as seen in a spy video uploaded by walkoART. The coupe version is differentiated by the sloping roofline that gives a coupe-like styling to sides and rear-end. The interior though, would be almost fully identical to the GLC.
The Mercedes GLC Coupe will likely be offered with the same petrol and diesel engines as the Mercedes GLC - a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel unit good for 168 hp and 400 Nm of torque, a 2..0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel unit producing 202 hp and 500 Nm of torque, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine developing 208 hp and 350 Nm of torque, and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine putting out 241 hp and 370 Nm of torque.

The GLC Coupe has been spied with a plug-in hybrid powertrain as well, which borrows the 211 hp combustion engine and 116 hp electric motor from the GLC.
The Mercedes GLC Coupe is likely to premiere at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show in March.
