Mercedes-Maybach S-Class with new customisation options to debut at 2018 Geneva Motor Show

Mercedes-Benz has announced a number of new customisations for the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class that makes it look even more posh and extravagant. The company will showcase the sedan with these new features at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show next month.

Mercedes-Benz has introduced new grille, wheels and two-tone paintwork for the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class set to debut in Geneva next month has a more exclusive design. It features a new radiator grille with vertical struts. Inspired by a pinstripe suit, this grille originates from the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 coupe concept. There’s also a new optional two-tone paintwork on it, a classic Mercedes-Maybach theme. Mercedes-Benz will offer nine different colour combinations in the future. Rounding off the special exterior are new luxury 20-inch multi-spoke wheels. The company will offer three exclusive 20-inch wheels, including a 20-hole design inspired by that of the Mercedes-Maybach S Cabriolet.

For the interior, Mercedes-Benz mentions two new exclusive colour combinations now: armagnac brown/black and savanna beige/black. Customers can order the black Maybach Exclusive nappa leather upholstery appointments with a choice of copper-, gold- or platinum-coloured contrasting topstitching also. In addition, customisations available now include trim inserts in designo flowing lines Magnolia.

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class has received two new exclusive interior colour combinations.

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is available in three configurations internationally: S 560, S 560 4MATIC and S 650. The S 560 and S 560 4MATIC are powered by a 469 hp 4.0-litre biturbo petrol engine, while the S 650 employs 630 hp 6.0-litre biturbo petrol engine. Sales of the updated Mercedes-Maybach S-Class will commence in April this year.
