The Mercedes Maybach S600 Pullman has been showcased at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA 2015). According to Mercedes Benz Passion Blog, the S600 with Pullman is priced at EUR 595,000 (INR 4.44 crores) including taxes. Passion Blog has also mentioned that the bookings for the same has just been opened and deliveries are set to commence in the first quarter of 2016.
Publicly debuted at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the Mercedes S600 Pullman is the company's flagship model in terms of luxury and comfort. It is based on the Mercedes Maybach S600, but has longer wheelbase and increased overall length, fitting two extra seats and more elaborate interior work.
The 6-seat limousine measures 6,499 mm in length, and 1,598 mm in height. It features a 4,418 mm long wheelbase, and 361 litres of boot volume. The centre compartment gets an electrically operated partition and an intercom to communicate with the driver.
The standard features on the S600 Pullman includes a set of VIP seats (forward facing) that recline by up to 43.5 degrees, vis-à-vis seats (rear facing guest seats) that are foldable, a regular panoramic sunroof, heat-insulating, dark-tinted glasses from the B-pillars, a sunscreen package that includes curtains, an 18.5-inch monitor, and an Airmatic suspension system replacing the Magic Body Control,
Additionally, the Mercedes S600 Pullman can be accessorised with a Burmester 3D surround system for EUR 17,850 (INR 13.33 lakhs), a panoramic glass roof with MAGIC SKY CONTROL (available for order only from mid 2016) for EUR 29,750 (INR 22.22 lakhs), and premium paint choices in the range of EUR 17,850 (INR 13.33 lakhs) to EUR 20,825 (INR 15.55 lakhs).
The Mercedes Maybach S600 Pullman is powered by a 6-litre V12 petrol engine that pumps out 530 hp maximum power and 830 Nm peak torque. The highest torque is available from as low as 1,900 rpm. The engine delivers a fuel economy of 7.75 km/l (12.9 litres per 100 km). Top speed of the Pullman is 210 km/h.
