Next gen Kawasaki Ninja 250R could get twin LED headlamp, launch in 2016 - Spied

Appears to feature twin LED head lamps.

Warungasep has posted a spyshot of the next Kawasaki Ninja 250R that is expected to be introduced in Indonesia this year. It it reported that the model would continue to be powered by a twin-cylinder engine.

The upcoming version of the Kawasaki Ninja 250R is expected to have better performance figures than the outgoing model.

Given that arch rival Yamaha R25 uses a twin-cylinder mill and that the upcoming Honda CBR250RR is expected to debut a high performance twin-pot unit, the Kawasaki Ninja 250R is expected to get a more powerful version of the same two cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC FI engine that currently produces 32 PS at 11,000 rpm and 21.0 Nm at 10,000 rpm. The new motor would continue with a six-speed gearbox.

The new Ninja 250R will compete with the likes of the upcoming, Honda CBR250RR, Yamaha R25 and the KTM RC250.
