The update seen on the outside comes in the form of a new grille (bearing Nissan's corporate V-shape chrome look).

Inside, the center console of the Evalia now gets a faux-wood finish, and based on the car shown at the Auto Expo this year, the carpets will be better fitting. Also, the glovebox gets a more traditional lid as compared to the previous Evalia which had more of a make shift cover.

The center console gets a faux-wood trim.

There are no mechanical changes to the car and it continues to be offered with the 1.5-liter four-cylinder K9k engine making 85 bhp and 200 Nm of torque and a 5-speed manual gearbox. The ARAI rated efficiency stands at 19.3 km/l.

Top-end variants of the Evalia get dual front airbags, alloy wheels, rear wiper and washer, 2-DIN music system, reverse camera, rear AC and the option of second row captains chairs. All variants, save for the base XE, get ABS, EBD and BA (Brake Assist) fitted as standard.

The updated Evalia is priced from INR 8.49 lakhs to INR 10.67 lakhs, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
