Apart from the color, the bumpers and alloys are all new.

Nissan has revealed the Kicks compact SUV concept in a new livery, which according to the Brazilian media is a theme based on the Samba dance form.

The Kicks concept measures 4.3 meters in length.

The front end of the concept has a distinct tri-stripe in satin, while the rear of the car is finished in a deep red shade. First shown at the Sao Paulo Motor Show last year, Nissan said that the Kicks concept is designed by Nissan Design America (NDA) in San Diego, United States, and Nissan Design America Rio (NDA-R). The new Samba livery was exclusively developed by the Rio team.

Other changes from the initial concept include new 19-inch alloy wheels, new front and rear bumpers, and redesigned skid guards.

When launched in Brazil, the Kicks could be powered by a 1.6L flex-fuel engine.

The Kicks is expected to enter production in Brazil next year, and could be powered by a 1.6-liter flex-fuel engine borrowed from the Nissan Sunny (what is sold as the Nissan Versa in Brazil). Nissan could also explore the possibility of bringing the Kicks to the Indian market, given that it is working on a new crossover to add to its product portfolio.
