The Royal Enfield Bullet Trials Works Replica 350 and 500 were launched in India in March this year at ex-showroom (Delhi) price tags of INR 1,62,345 and INR 2,07,104 respectively. Do note that Royal Enfield offers only the 500 cc variant of the Classic range in the UK, and thus, it will sell only the Bullet Trials Works Replica 500 in that market. The UK price for the Bullet Trials Works Replica 500 is yet to be announced. The standard Royal Enfield Classic 500, for reference, retails at GBP 4,699 (approximately INR 4.13 lakh).

The Trials Works Replica models have several visual and hardware differences compared to the Classic models that make them off-road-ready. At the front, for example, they have a headlight grille and fork gaiters. The 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels are shod in dual-purpose tyres for better grip on the loose surface. Other off-road focused hardware includes bash plate and relatively shorter front and rear fenders. The crash bars on the motorcycle sit very close to the engine.

A 3D Royal Enfield badge, similar to the one seen on the Interceptor INT 650, enhances the premium look of the motorcycle. The Trials Works Replica model gets chrome treatment on headlight mask, fuel tank's sides (on Trials 500), front fender, rear-view mirror housing, blinker mounts and the oval box on the sides as well.

The Trials Works Replica 500, which will be heading to the UK, will feature olive green paint for the chassis. The front fender mounts, sub-frame, swingarm, and the centre stand will get matching colours. Lastly, the Trials Works Replica features an upswept exhaust and a rear parcel rack.

The engine specifications are identical to those of the standard Classic range, and the Trials Works Replica 500 uses a 499 cc air-cooled engine with fuel injection that makes 27.1 BHP of max power and 41 Nm of peak torque. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox.

Braking tasks are performed by a disc brake on either end, while the safety net includes dual-channel ABS as standard. Shock absorption tasks are performed by conventional telescopic forks and twin-sided springs at the front and back, respectively. The revised ergonomics are achieved using a tall-set handlebar for better reach while standing on the footpegs.
