Here's the first video showing ABS in action on the Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals

Royal Enfield is updating its entire product portfolio with the safety net of ABS. The Indian two-wheeler brand has already introduced the safety of ABS on the Classic 350 Signals, Himalayan and the Classic 500 range of products. Now, YouTuber Bullet Singh Boisar is putting the new safety equipment to the test as he rides his Classic 350 Signals ABS.

As seen in the video, the impressed rider is applying heavy brakes on loose surface on the sides of the road without locking the wheels.

We want to add that we do not promote safety tests on public roads. Always wear proper riding gear on a motorcycle and follow local speed laws.

The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals Edition launched in India in August 2018. The motorcycle has been priced at INR 1,61,984 lakh (ex-showroom Pune). It uses the same 346 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, two-valve, 4-stroke engine that powers the rest of the Royal Enfield 350 products. The engine is tuned to deliver 19.8 bhp of maximum power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. It comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Rest of the hardware, too, is identical to the Royal Enfield 350s. Thus, the Classic 350 Signals Edition uses a steel tubular single-cradle chassis. Suspension duties are performed by conventional telescopic forks at the front and dual gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. A 280 mm disc at the front and a 220 mm rotor brake at the rear with Dual-channel ABS comes as standard.

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals Edition is available in two colour options – Airborne Blue and Stormrider Sand.
