The custom house says they will clear the customisation norms before starting the modification work.

The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 is not only a practical cruiser but is also a versatile canvas of limitless potential for customization. Maratha Motorcycles from Mumbai has transformed this bike into a work of art, complete with custom graphics and paint job. The fuel tank bears a portrait of Lord Shiva surrounded with smoke. As per the bike’s creators, it signifies the forces of creation and destruction. Interestingly, they have shaped the fuel tank like a coffin, and it can hold 15 litres of fuel. The smoke effect paint job on the bodywork represents the calmness of Goddess Durga. The fuel tank, front fender, side panels represent the ‘Tandav Swaroop’ of Nataraj.

The bike uses Michelin Scorcher tyres. The dual-tone alloy wheels get the trident motif as well. The drive unit is belt, and the swingarm and softail frame are custom-built. The bike sports upside down front fork and a monoshock at the rear. They have upgraded the brakes too, with a 320 mm front and 280 mm rear disc. The custom dual headlamps are LED and the tail light is LED too. The bike also gets illuminated brand logo on the side panel and handlebar-end lights. Speaking of which, it is a custom Drag-type unit with custom handlebar risers. A single pod analogue instrument cluster with digital inset sits atop the handlebar.

The triangular exhaust gives the bike a unique exhaust note. The engine gets a conical air filter, and other than that, the powerplant looks stock. The 346 cc single cylinder mill makes 19.8 bhp at 5,250 rpm; and 28 Nm at 4,000 rpm in its stock form. The engine works in conjunction with a 5-speed transmission.
