At 4,700 mm long, the Skoda Kodiaq Sportline is 3 mm longer than the Skoda Kodiaq (4,697 mm). On the outside, the Sportline variant features black radiator grille, black housings for the electrically adjustable, heated and folding ORVMs, body-coloured protective door strips, 19-inch anthracite ‘Triglav’ alloy wheels and distinctive rear bumper. Its rear windows are tinted (SunSet). Buyers do have the option of the roof rails in black, as well as bigger, 20-inch 'Vega' alloy wheels. Also available is Adaptive Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC).

Sports seats with silver stitching and Alcantara/leather covers and silver-coloured pedals made from stainless steel and aluminium complement the Skoda Kodiaq Sportline's performance-themed exterior. There's a Sportline logo on the front wings and glove compartment. A specific set of indicators on the display of the infotainment system shows the oil and coolant temperatures, acceleration and boost pressure. The driver can use a lap timer to analyse the statistics of his/her lap runs.
