At IndianAutosBlog.com, we love the Skoda Yeti. The little compact crossover may not be a successful one here in India, but it is doing much better in Europe.

To achieve more customers in 2013, Skoda has showcased the Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement Edition for the European markets.

Laurin & Klement (or L&K) generally symbolizes the top of the line, fully loaded version of any Skoda. A little known fact is that L&K are the initials of the surnames of Václav Laurin and Václav Klement who were the founders of the company.

Skoda Yeti Laurin & Klement edition features

  • Bi-xenon headlights
  • Silver roof rails
  • 17-inch ‘Annapurna’ alloy wheels
  • Leather seats
  • Gloss black trim
  • Alloy pedals
  • Laurin & Klement door sill plates
  • Laurin & Klement special badges

Being a Yeti, the standard equipment includes –

  • Dual-zone air conditioning
  • Heated windscreen and front seats
  • Audio system with 12 speakers

Power comes from a 1.2-liter TSI (Petrol) and 1.6-liter TDI (Diesel) that both develop 105 hp. No details on prices are available yet.
