Introductory price of Suzuki GSX-R150 & Suzuki GSX-S150 to stay on through June

The Suzuki GSX-R150 has the best power to weight ratio in the segment.

Suzuki Indonesia has officially announced that the introductory price tag of the Suzuki GSX-R150 and Suzuki GSX-S150 will continue through June. The price tag was initially applicable only until March 2017 and was later extended to May 2017.

The Suzuki GSX-R150 and Suzuki GSX-S150 will continue at prices of IDR 27.9 million and IDR 23.9 million.

The Suzuki GSX-R150 costs IDR 27,900,000 and the Suzuki GSX-S150 has a sticker price of IDR 23,900,000 (prices OTR, Jakarta). Sales of the motorcycles began in January 2017 and have so far sold 18,645 units.

The Suzuki GSX-R150 and Suzuki GSX-S150 are powered by a 147.3 cc water-cooled, DOHC mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The fuel injected engine is capable of producing 19.17 PS of maximum power at 10,500 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 9,000 rpm.

Features include LED headlights, keyless ignition, digital instrument console similar to the Suzuki Gixxer, and Suzuki Easy Start system. The Suzuki GSX-R150 tips the scales at 131 kg while the naked Suzuki GSX-S150 weighs 130 kg.
