Suzuki Swift Racer RS to debut at 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon this week
Features the unique blue and neon green livery of Team Suzuki Ecstar from MotoGP.
Suzuki has announced a one-off Suzuki Swift Racer RS that will be showcased at the 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon this week. It is likely to stay a show car that will not be available for sale to the general public.
The highlight of the Swift Racer RS is the unique blue and neon green livery of Team Suzuki Ecstar, which is the Japanese manufacturer's MotoGP representation. It also features custom 17-inch alloy wheels with neon green pinstripes, a stripped-out cockpit with Recaro racing seats, and other race-spec features not visible in the sole image Suzuki has released.
The demo car is based on the RS variant of the Swift, which is available with a K12C 1.2-litre DUALJET VVT four-cylinder petrol engine producing 67 kW (91 PS) at 6,000 rpm and 118 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm, or the K10C 1.0-litre BOOSTERJET VVT three-cylinder petrol engine that develops 75 kW (102 PS) at 5,500 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at 1,700-4,500 rpm.

At the show, Suzuki Motor will also display a one-off Suzuki Ignis Motocrosser Style, which has the characteristic yellow and red livery of Suzuki's motocross team.
