The 2019 TVS Apache RR310 was launched in India at INR 2.27 lakh*. In comparison, the previous model was available at INR 2.24 lakh*.

The 2019 iteration of the TVS Motor Company’s flagship motorcycle gets visual and mechanical upgrades. In terms of visuals, the 2019 Apache RR310 features a new, Phantom Black (gloss finish) paint option that replaces the Racing Black colour (matte finish). Moreover, TVS has replaced the "35 Years of TVS Racing" sticker on the rear panel with an "RR310" badge.

The company has made changes to the Apache RR310 to improve refinement levels. The flagship Apache gets fatter bar-end weights, rubber padding for the visor and a new chain roller. TVS has also remapped the ECU on the motorcycle. The performance numbers, however, remain unchanged, and the 312.2 cc reverse-inclined, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine continues to deliver 34 PS of peak power at 9,700 rpm and 27.3 Nm of max torque at 7,700 rpm.

TVS has also added an assist and slipper clutch to the motorcycle to bring the feature list closer to its rival, the KTM RC390. The assist clutch is claimed to reduce the clutch lever operating force by 20% while the Race Tuned slipper clutch is aimed to avoid wheel locking/hopping under aggressive downshift of gears.

All other styling cues and features remain identical to the model it replaces. Shock absorption duties are performed by upside-down telescopic forks at the front, while the rear uses a monoshock unit. The 300 mm and 240 mm petal-type discs at the front and back respectively continue to perform the anchoring duties, while the safety net includes dual-channel ABS as standard. Feature list retains the vertical design for the instrument console, bi-LED projector headlights, LED tail lamp and LED blinkers among others.
