TVS Apache RTR 160 & TVS Apache RTR 180 gain BSIV compliance
TVS Apache was the first Indian bike to have a petal disc brake.
The TVS Apache RTR range has been updated to meet BSIV emission norms. The entire product portfolio, including TVS Apache RTR 160, TVS Apache RTR 180 and TVS Apache RTR 200, gains daytime running lights.
The TVS Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7 cc mill capable of producing 15.2 PS of power and 13.1 Nm of torque. The bike will be available in White, Black, Grey, Red, Yellow and Matte Blue. The TVS Apache RTR 180 is powered by a 177.4 cc mill capable of producing 17.02 PS of power and 15.5 Nm of torque. Both the bikes are coupled to a 5-speed gearbox.

The TVS Apache RTR 180 is available in White, Black, Matte Grey, Matte Blue and Matte Black. An ABS version of the TVS Apache RTR 180 is also available. The TVS Apache RTR 200 BSIV is available in Matte Red, Matte Yellow, White, Matte White, Matte Grey, Matte Black and Black.
The 2017 Apache RTR 160 has been priced at INR 75,089 while the TVS Apache RTR 180 carries a sticker price of INR 80,019 for the standard trim and INR 90,757 for the ABS version (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The flagship TVS Apache RTR 200 is priced at INR 92,215 (ex-showroom).
