TVS Motor Company extends service support for cyclone-affected customers in Orissa

TVS Motor Company aims to provide relief to its customers in cyclone Fani-affected state of Orissa with Road Side Assistance (RSA) service. The company has also started a 24-hour helpline that addresses customer queries in Odia and Bengali. Moreover, 25 mobile vans are running in 10 districts across the state to ease the experience of vehicle transport for the customers. The service is provided for free for primary warranty customers.

TVS Motor has extended service support to the customers in the cyclone Fani-affected state of Orissa.

TVS Motor is also offering an immediate release of 50% advance through its insurance partners for repair basis claims, minimum documentation (RC and KYC) and hotline for video streaming surveys. These measures have been taken to speed up the insurance approval process.

To provide immediate relief to our valued customers, we have set up a 24 hours RSA helpline in the state as soon as the telecom lines were operational. The customers can contact the RSA team for resolution to their problems as well as avail the services of our mobile vans. In other updates, TVS Motor Company has added two new colours – Titanium Grey and Volcano Red – to its 110 cc commuter, the Radeon. The motorcycle has also received a marginal price hike, and it retails at INR 50,070* (as against INR 48,400* at launch in August last year) now. In the scooter segment, TVS recently launched the drum brake variant of the NTORQ 125 to offer the product at a more economical price. The NTORQ 125 drum brake variant retails at INR 58,252*, which is INR 1,648* lower than the disc brake version.
