Two Suzuki Wagon R concepts to be showcased at 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon

Japanese small car specialists Suzuki has announced that two concept cars based on the Wagon R will be in display at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon next month.

One concept will be based on the new Wagon R and other on the Wagon R Stingray, both of which debuted in this year's Tokyo Auto Salon. Both the cars will display the sporty modifications that can be done to their respective donor models.

The first concept named Wagon R RR is based on the Wagon R and carries 'Active and Sporty' theme. The car gets aerodynamic body kit which includes a larger front bumper, side skirts and rear roof spoiler. The car gets special decals and there is also a centre mounted twin exhaust system.

The second concept goes by the name Wagon R Stingray custom and showcases its ability to be individualized. The Stingray Custom also sports aerodynamic kit which includes front and rear bumpers, side skirts with vents for cooling the rear tires, rood mounted spoiler and twin exhaust system albeit the exhaust tips are placed far apart unlike the Wagon R RR.

The Stingray Custom also gets bigger alloy wheels, daytime LED running lights and some silver accents.
