The Yamaha M-Slaz will be launched in Indonesia in early-2016.

The Yamaha M-Slaz was launched in Thailand on December 1, on the eve of the 2015 Thailand Motor Expo, at an introductory price of THB 89,500 (1.66 lakhs). It is based on the Deltabox frame of the R15 V2.0 and is powered by the same engine doing duty on the current Yamaha R15, which is a 149 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected engine with SOHC and 4 valves.

The company hasn't released the power and torque rating of the engine on the M-Slaz. The motor on the R15 produces 17 PS at 8,500 rpm and 15 Nm at 7,500 rpm. Both models use a six-speed gearbox.
