It comes with a ConnectNext Infotainment System paired to an Harman six speaker audio system, featuring an LCD screen, Bluetooth connectivity, iPod-in, USB-in and AUX-in, and steering mounted controls.

The Tata Safari Storme is powered by a 2.2L VARICOR diesel engine producing 150 PS and 320 Nm of torque. The only transmission option is a 5-speed manual gearbox. A 4WD system with ESOF (electronic shift-on-fly) is also offered in Safari Storme, and as for fuel consumption, it is rated at 14.1 km/l by ARAI.
