A cafe racer form of the Honda CBR250RR - Rendering

The Honda CBR250RR with an output of 38.7 PS is the first bike in the segment to have throttle by wire.

The Honda CBR250RR has been envisioned in the form of a cafe racer by Motoblast. The bike had previously been rendered as a naked street monster, both of which have no production plans.

The Honda CBR250RR rendered as a cafe racer looks suave. Honda has not officially confirmed the motorcycle.

Changing the fuel tank, seat and adding a cowl has helped the bike get a retro look, which is a design philosophy far from the modern day track machine. The swingarm, suspension and braking has been left untouched while the exhaust system has been given a classic look.

At the heart of the Honda CBR250RR is a 249.7 cc parallel twin engine fitted to a six speed transmission. The engine is capable of producing 38.7 PS at 12,500 rpm and 23.3 Nm at 11,000 rpm. The Honda CBR250RR gets three riding modes (Comfort, Sport and Sport+). The compression engine redlines at 14,000 rpm.

Displacing 249.7 cc the Honda CBR250RR is capable of producing 38.7 PS of maximum power making it the most powerful production quarter litre in the market.

The Honda CBR250RR gets the largest in class 310 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc. ABS is available only as an option.

A cafe racer in the segment can be a wonderful proposition considering the performance oriented engine the bike houses.
