Hero MotoCorp has announced that the brand will hike the prices of its motorcycles, starting January 1, 2018.

The increase in prices is marginal, at around INR 400.

Hero MotoCorp decided to increase the prices in order to offset the rising input costs. The price hike would be about INR 400 per model. The exact amount varies from model to model, and market to market. The Indian bike maker recently unveiled the updated versions of the Hero Passion Pro, Passion XPro, and Super Splendor. The three motorcycles now feature indigenously developed TOD (Torque On Demand) engines.
