Hero MotoCorp spare parts website launched

Hero MotoCorp has launched an exclusive e-commerce portal hgpmart.com to retail Hero genuine parts and accessories.

The newly launched website is ideal for finding genuine spares for discontinued products like the Impulse.

This website enables users to purchase genuine parts and accessories online, directly from the company. Through this is e-commerce website, the Company plans to reach its customers across the country efficiently. Hero MotoCorp will use a hub and spoke model to ensure deliveries to customers are swift and timely.

The brand will service the customers through its reach of close to 100 Parts distributors across the country. Thus, it ensures smooth supply and easy availability of fast-moving parts. Customers can buy their products in three steps. First, the customer has to select the two-wheeler make/ model. Then select the part category and then select the particular part and click to purchase.

The company has partnered with Delhivery, a pan-India e-commerce logistics service provider, to deliver parts and accessories to customers across the country. Hero MotoCorp had earlier partnered with Snapdeal, through which the company sold over 5,00,000 two-wheelers, in just over a calendar year. It was recently reported that Hero MotoCorp is planning to set up experience centres for its premium products. The brand will reportedly price its upcoming products the Xtreme 200R and the XPulse under INR 1 lakh. Recently, the brand achieved 7 million unit sales in FY 2017-18.
