India-made Renault Triber lands in Indonesia for GIIAS 2019
Renault revealed the Triber in India on 19th of last month, and at GIIAS 2019 which is scheduled to take place on 18-28 July 2019, it will introduce it to the Indonesian audience. Indonesia is a huge market for MPVs, and the low-cost model Triber should be a perfect fit for it.

The Renault Triber is a sub-4 metre SUV designed keeping in mind India and the emerging markets alike. On the outside, it features a large V-shaped grille and aggressive projector headlamps design, a wide lower grille, horizontal LED DRLs in a black housing, sculpted bonnet, sturdy front bumper, skid plates, 15-inch double-spoke alloy wheels, roof rails, stepped roof, a sleek greenhouse and two-part Eagle beak tail lamps.
ArrayThe MPV measures 3,990 mm in length, 1,739 mm in width and 1,643 mm in height. It sits decently up from the ground with a ground clearance of 182 mm and has a 2,636 mm wheelbase. Its 84 litres (7-seater condition) boot capacity can be extended up to 320 litres (6 seater condition) and even 625 litres (5 seater condition). Key comfort, convenience and safety features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 3.5-inch MID, rear parking camera, four airbags and passive keyless entry.
The Renault Triber will be sold with only a modified version of the 1.0-litre naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine of the Renault Kwid. This engine delivers 72 PS of maximum power at 6,250 rpm and 96 Nm of peak torque at 3,500 rpm. Customers in India will be able to choose between a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed automated manual transmission right from launch.

Indonesia will most likely get the Renault Triber as a CBU import from India.
