There is no direct rival to the KTM 125 Duke regarding displacement. However, the motorcycle is priced very close to the TVS Apache RTR200 4V ABS (INR 1.11 lakh*), Bajaj Pulsar NS200 ABS (INR 1.12 lakh*), Yamaha FZ25 (INR 1.19 lakh*) and the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 (INR 1.27 lakh*) – all of which feature a more powerful engine. Do note that the Yamaha duo is yet to receive the safety net of ABS in the Indian market.

The motorcycle will be available in three colours options – Orange, White and Black across 450 exclusive KTM showrooms in India. The 125 Duke ABS undercuts the 200 Duke as KTM’s entry-level model in the Indian market and will be available in the ABS variant only. The 200 Duke ABS arrive two days before the 125cc model and is available at an ex-showroom Delhi price of INR 1.60 lakh.

The KTM 125 Duke ABS has retained the styling of the previous generation model to keep the costs low in the price-sensitive Indian market. Thus, the motorcycle uses a halogen headlight and a full-digital display from the last model generation. On the contrary, the international spec 125 Duke draws styling cues from the latest generation KTM 390 Duke and comes equipped with full LED headlight and a TFT display with smartphone integration capabilities via Bluetooth.
