Renault Duster Sandstorm edition launched at INR 10.9 lakhs
Renault India has launched the new Renault Duster Sandstorm edition in India at an introductory price of INR 10,90,400 for the RXS Diesel 85 PS variant and INR 11,70,400 for the RXS Diesel 110 PS model, both ex-Delhi.
The Renault Duster Sandstorm edition comes with 9 enhancements and is targeted at automotive enthusiasts. The special edition SUV features matte black front bumper with Duster branding and lamps. There are Sandstorm decals on the hood, doors, tailgate and ORVMs. The vehicle rolls on all-new ZODIAC 16-inch machined alloy wheels. The outside door handles are finished in body colour as well. The Sandstorm edition measures 4,336 mm in length, 1,822 mm in width, and 1,687 mm in height (with roof rail). The wheelbase stands at 2,673 mm and the boot volume at 475 litres. The SUV is available in three colour options - Outback bronze, Moonlight Silver and Slate Grey.

On the inside, the SUV comes with black & grey interior; centre fascia with dark chrome finish; shiny black door trim decorative strip & grab handle, and door handle finish in black. It also gets new seat covers and floor mat set with ‘Sandstorm’ branding; and a 7-inch touch screen infotainment system.
The Renault Duster Sandstorm comes in two diesel variants. The two models draw power from a 1.5 litre in-line four-cylinder dCi engine. The lower power variant makes 85 PS of power at 3,750 rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. It mates with a 5-speed transmission. The more powerful engine offering produces 110 PS of power at 4,000 rpm and 245 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox does duty in this variant. The SUV is available in 2WD.
