The 7-seat Renault Maxthon will feature the company’s latest design philosophy that influences the Renault EspaceRenault Talisman and the Renault Megane. The rear-end has a shark-fin antenna, roof-mounted spoiler, and Renault Talisman-like C-Shaped LED taillamps.

Reports suggest that the next generation crossover will measure 5 meters in overall length, which is longer than the Renault Kadjar (4.45 m). It will not only ride on the Nissan X-Trail’s CMF platform, but also share certain internal components too. Engine lineup could include the 1.6 TCe 150 hp and 200 hp petrol engines, 1.5 dCi 110hp, and a 1.6 dCi with 130 hp or 160 hp.
