Renault Kwid bicolour introduced in Brazil - In 5 Live Images
Renault has launched a two-tone colour scheme option for the Renault Kwid in Brazil. Here are images, courtesy Motor1 Brazil.
The Renault Kwid bicolour has a colour scheme similar to the Renault Captur (Renault Kaptur). There are total six body colour choices for the Kwid. Customers choosing a light colour can have the car’s roof in black. Customers choosing a dark body colour can have their roof in ivory. In the Captur bicolour, the roof is painted in the factory. In the Kwid bicolour, the roof wrapping is applied in the accessories section of the dealership. Getting the roof wrapping done costs R$1,400 (INR 28,990.48).
The Brazilian-spec Renault Kwid is 3,680 mm long, 1,579 mm wide and 1,474 mm tall. It is powered by a flex-fuel version of the 1.0-litre SCe three-cylinder engine. Running on petrol, this engine produces 66 cv (66 hp) and 9.4 kgf.m (92.18 Nm) of torque. Running on ethanol, the maximum power and maximum torque figures increase to 70 cv (70 hp) and 9.8 kgf.m (96.11 Nm) respectively. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard.

The Renault Kwid is available in Brazil in three grades: Life, Zen and Intense. 14-inch alloy wheels, flared wheel arches, power adjustable exterior mirrors, 7-inch Media Nav touchscreen infotainment system with GPS navigation, reverse camera, four airbags and ABS are some of the equipment highlights of the car. Prices range from R$29,990-39,990 (INR 6,21,017.53-8,28,092.40).
