Underpinning the Tata Harrier is the 'Omega Arc' platform that is derived from Jaguar Land Rover's L550 architecture. The front suspension of the new model has been carried over from the Discovery Sport, while at the rear, it features a more cost-effective torsion-beam setup instead of the donor vehicle's multi-link aluminium unit.
