Tata Hexa launched in India at INR 11.99 Lakhs

Tata Motors has finally announced the prices of their newest flagship - the Tata Hexa - in Mumbai today. The Hexa is available in three trim levels: XE, XM and XT, spread across 6 different variants at launch, and it's priced between INR 11.99 Lakhs - INR 17.49 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

- Tata Hexa XE: INR 11,99,000
- Tata Hexa XM: INR 13,85,000
- Tata Hexa XMA: INR 15,05,000
- Tata Hexa XT: INR 16,20,000
- Tata Hexa XTA: INR 17,40,000
- Tata Hexa XT 4×4: INR 17,49,000
The Aria-based crossover measures 4,788 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, 1,785 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. Customers can chose between 6- and 7-seat configurations in the top-end XT grade. For further personalisation, Tata is offering three accessory at launch: Luxe, Tuff and Expedition.
All variants share the 2.2L VARICOR turbodiesel 4-cyl engine. The base XE packs VARICOR 320 version paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, which outputs 150 PS and 320 Nm of torque, while the XM and XT grades get the slightly more powerful VARICOR 400 version paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic, which outputs 156 PS and 400 Nm of torque. A 4×4 drivetrain is exclusive to the XT manual variant.
Some of the key features in Hexa XT are 19-inch alloy wheels, projector headlights with LED daytime running lights, 10-speaker JBL music system with a touchscreen navigation, Captains chairs for the second row, 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, ESP and Hill Hold system.
