Isn't the Nova edition a good starting point for the Manza facelift?

By mid-to-late 2012 Tata Motors should revisit the Manza. Why? In 2011 the Vista received new features and cosmetic changes. In 2012, the Manza, launched a year after the Vista in 2009, should have scheduled an appointment with the plastic surgeon.

Which direction will Tata take with the facelift? Will they lend it a very sophisticated look using design cues from the Manza hybrid concept? Or will they be more conservative to play it safe?

There's more chrome, features and goodies on the Nova. On the exterior, the brown shade and alloy wheels are new. Interiors look fresh with plum and black color scheme, cozy leather seats, auto-dimming rear view mirror, new 2 DIN stereo with more powerful speakers and reverse park assist with screen marked using grids projected on the cabin mirror. There are chrome accents around the cabin including the gear lever and hand brake to lend it a premium look.

These features will further brighten the appeal of the Manza in what otherwise is a boring landscape.
