Tata Nexon Convertible - IAB Rendering

Styled based on the Impact Design philosophy, the Nexon is by far the boldest looking Tata product on sale. Taking the style quotient a step further is IAB's rendering of a Tata Nexon Convertible, which imagines a drop-top version of the compact SUV.

The Tata Nexon Convertible draws inspiration from the Range Rover Evoque Convertible.

Taking a leaf out of its distant cousin, the Range Rover Evoque Convertible, the Tata Nexon Convertible has its roof chopped off and loses the rear doors as well. The front end features the nose of the regular Nexon. Its alloy wheels and ORVMs are identical to the 5-door Nexon as well. The drop-top look adds more oomph to what is quite easily the most stylish SUV in India.

Tata launched the Nexon in India in August 2017. Since then, the compact SUV has gone on to clock total sales of more than 27,747 units. The addition of AMT variants in the coming weeks should further boost sales.

Tata has no plans to launch a two-door convertible version of the Nexon.
