Indonesia Live - Completely modified 3-door Tata Vista showcased

Based on the top-end Vista petrol sold in Indonesia.

To attract visitors to its stall, Tata Motors has displayed a couple of modified cars at the 2014 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS 2014). Seen here is a fully modified 3-door Tata Vista gathering eyeballs of curious visitors.

The 3-door Vista is designed to be a crowd puller at the show.

First up, the Vista's front end seems to have been given a thorough makeover with an extended bumper with an aggressive airdam and a low chin spoiler. Thanks to the protruded bumper, the headlight design of the car also appears a bit different. The hood of the show car is designed to open the other way around.

Over to the sides, the most significant change is the redesigned front door and lack of a rear door. Coupled with body graphics, side skirts, large alloy wheels and brakes painted in red, the show car tries to look sporty. The rear sees a large spoiler coupled with a new bumper with a diffuser-like element and twin chrome exhausts.

The hatch opens to reveal a comprehensive music system kitted with large speakers, subwoofers and two LCD screens. The music system has obviously robbed the car of its rear seats.

The Vista seen here is the top-end GZX variant powered by the 1.4-liter Safire petrol engine capable of producing 90 PS (88.73 bhp) and 116 Nm of torque. The transmission is a 5-speed manual unit.
