Tata Xenon Euro5 model debuts in Italy
Tata Motors’ Italian dealer Bolzano recently launched the Xenon Euro5 pickup truck in their home country for a pricey sum of 20,853 euros (approximately 13 lakhs INR).
How did they make the engine Euro5 complaint?
In Italy, the Tata Xenon uses a turbo diesel common rail direct injection 2.2-liter 150 horsepower. It is now equipped with articulate filter temperature sensors and dedicated pressure sensors. A knock sensor replaces the oxygen sensor.
Any other features on the new Xenon?
There are a few options that are available such as air-conditioning (800 euros), alloy wheels and metallic paint. The Xenon now features turn signals incorporated into side mirrors and a chrome dipped front grille. It is available in both versions, 2- and 4- doors. The Xenon also features a huge luggage area for professional and leisure uses.
